All Taste, No Gluten is more than a tagline. I take this very seriously. When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I learned that not all gluten free baked products were created equal. As a baker and a foodie I did not want to settle for "Tastes ok for gluten free." So I set a goal to rework recipes, to find or create new ones and to create food that did not taste gluten free.
If you are gluten free for whatever reason, you know that finding good tasting gluten free bread is hard. It is either dry, or gummy, or small, or not so tasty. I have spent a couple of years learning to bake bread that tastes like regular bread.
I have been a baker since I was 12 and like to create baked goods to spoil friends and family with delicious treats. I was raised to believe that sharing food is sharing your love. My gluten free baked goods are a way for me to share my heart with you.
